Designed specifically for project and mid-level managers to deep-dive into solving day-to-day challenges in the form of quick-fire discussions between industry peers and market experts.

AV technical personnel and professional end-users from various industries can learn technical skills and knowiedge directly from experts from AVIXA, the organization representation Pro-AV and Integrated Experience Solutions professionals worldwide.

AVIXA Flashtracks

Designed for AV professionals of all ages and experience levels, these 20-minute sessions about hot topics in the industry include short excerpts from AVIXA courses with practical, applicable ideas and skills.

Technology Forums

This is a platform where attendees learn about specific technologies such as digital signage and audio technology. The Technology Forums aim to present information and discussion about how these current and emerging technologies can help meet today’s – and tomorrow’s – challenges.

Industry Forums

industry Forums hone in on major industry projects in Asia, as well as factors impacting the industry. Presentations will also include the developments of AV in the industries, as well as new technologies that will affect the industry in the near future.

Project Management for AV  View

Whether you are involved in live events or installed AV, every job requires coordination and management, both internally and with external stakeholders. Successful projects are the result of good planning (including drawing on previous experience) and ongoing communication and coordination between all parties. This is Project Management. We will look at the basics, and some not so basics, of project management principles and practices as they apply to the AV industry. This seminar should be of interest to you if you are involved in delivering projects to your organisation’s clients, or indeed if you are the client or an allied professional.

[Session will be presented in a two-part 45 mins session with a 10-min break in between]

Designed specifically for mid-level management, AV Managers Day will deep-dive into solving pressing yet critical operational, project management and design challenges faced by AV teams. The KEEN Program

The KEEN program was formulated based on a total experience approach i.e. Knowledge, Experience, Exchange and Network. It is designed to ensure that the end user or customer fully appreciates and understand the essence of AV meets technology in the context of their industry, and how to deploy it best. This program comprises layered components which includes a dialogue session, an identified project application or fixed installation site visit, a use case study presentation at the summit followed by a guided show floor tour.

Aside to the detailed program planned specifically for the end users at the show, the program will also be fortified by deeper industry engagement sessions through regional peer networking sessions to enhance industry knowledge exchange and sharing at this annual Summit.
